A positive team culture, interesting, challenging work, and career progression. Now that’s worth valuing.

Walsh & Monaghan is not your run-of-the-mill valuations firm, designing their business model around diversity in client work and a strong reputation. They have evolved into a multi-office firm founded on professionalism and service excellence, extending from the Illawarra to the Southern Highlands, Shoalhaven, and Far South Coast. They take immense pride in their long-standing legacy and the strong reputation they have built.

As such, Walsh & Monaghan require a qualified and driven Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) to cover valuations in the Shoalhaven and further South.

This is not your ordinary valuation position, with several specialist projects lined up across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors ready to kick off immediately. Say goodbye to the tedious task of sourcing your work; with Walsh & Monaghan, you’ll have direct access to a diverse range of exciting and challenging valuation projects from day one!

While residing on the beautiful South Coast is a bonus, it is understandable that it might not suit everyone. Therefore, your location is flexible. As long as you manage your schedule efficiently, inspecting properties from Nowra, Eden, or anywhere in between, it doesn’t matter where you are.

As a key member of the valuations team, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

CPV Accreditation: Candidates must hold a valid CPV accreditation, demonstrating their expertise and adherence to industry standards.

Experience: The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in property valuation. Previous exposure to diverse valuation work, including Residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, is highly desirable.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulousness is critical in valuation and requires individuals who take pride in their precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients.

Driven to Succeed: Candidates with a solid drive to succeed and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Deadline-Oriented: Valuation often involves strict timelines, which requires individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can deliver under pressure.

Commitment to Excellence: Excellence in service delivery is not just a goal; it’s a core value. The ideal candidate will share this dedication to providing exceptional client service.
