With an extensive rating and taxation contract expanding right down to the Victoria border, our valuers have exposure to engage in high volume, mass valuation across residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties. This is perfect for the valuer who wants variety in their work, expand their experience and advance their career.

We are looking for an experienced valuer who has the drive to thrive within a dynamic environment, someone who is a tenacious, ambitious, and a self-motivated team player to join our expanding team.

For the right candidate, this role will be performed either at the Wollongong, Mittagong or Nowra offices.

You will need to have:  

  • AAPI/FAPI or PMAPI qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Current Risk Management Certificate
  • Ongoing CPD Compliance
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Ability to work unsupervised, to the agreed timelines and to a high standard
  • Demonstrated diligence to undertake research and to complete tasks with minimal supervision and a have high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines.
