Patricia (Trish) was the first recruit of Walsh & Monaghan’s Bega office in 2019 employed as office manager and leading valuer in the Bega Valley.
Trish has wide-ranging valuation experience in all facets of valuation, private and mortgagee work over more than 25 years working in Far North Queensland and Regional NSW and brings a wealth of valuation experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and rural valuations in the Far South Coast and Monaro regions with a special interest in rural properties including dairy farms as well as larger grazing and cropping properties. Trish also conducts water access licence valuations.
Prior to joining the valuation industry Trish had many years’ experience in the legal industry as a conveyancer and paralegal working for regional and city firms including what was then the largest law firm in Australia.
Trish’s combined legal and valuation experience have created a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the real property system and the role of valuations in the property market.
As well as her practical experience, Trish enjoys the easy rapport she shares with her many clients and has developed contacts across all facets of the property profession as well as acquiring extensive knowledge of the Far South Coast and Monaro. She is based in the Bega Valley and has a deep connection with, and an appreciation of the area having inspected hundreds of properties and travelled most roads in the area from the remote to the busy coastal towns and has an excellent understanding of the demographics of the region, the local industries and property markets.
