Now a Senior Valuer with over 20 years property experience, Andrew is a highly regarded industry professional, sought-after expert witness for Family Law property matters, and a Walsh & Monaghan Director as of 2008.
Known for employing meticulous and measured methodology and rationale, Andrew has an exceptional ability to develop key relationships and rapport, securing key clients including south coast city councils, local and state government authorities, and developments for commercial and industrial projects. This has resulted in Andrew’s steadfast management of major Compulsory Acquisition projects under the Land (Just Terms Compensations) Act 1991 for south coast city councils, local and state government authorities including Transport for NSW, Endeavour Energy and Sydney Water, among others.
Despite the complexity of these assignments, it doesn’t keep Andrew from conducting innumerable market valuations of residential, commercial, and industrial property for taxation, Family Law, sale and purchase negotiations or rental assessment purposes for a wide range of clients which include local/state government authorities and private clients.
With such a tightly wound workload, it’s not surprising that Andrew’s downtime leans in the opposite direction: island time, no phone, and a surfboard under arm.
