Adam Hopcroft

Director

E: adamh@wmval.com.au
P: 02 4421 7155
M: 0416 103 305

about Adam

After 13 years with the NSW Valuer General’s department and State Valuation Office, Adam would be forgiven for needing a holiday. Instead, he joined Walsh & Monaghan in 2002, and became a director in 2008.

Not wanting to let go of his past, Adam still oversees Walsh & Monaghan’s rating and taxing contract for the NSW Valuer General, but also finds time to specialise in compulsory acquisition valuations.

Known as ‘Hoppy’ to many of the Nowra office staff, Adam is actually a much more exciting individual than his history in land tax assessing might indicate, evidenced by his long-running interests in surfing and creative parenting. When he’s not checking the Land Acquisitions Act of 1989, Adam can also be found grooming his impeccable moustache.
