Peter is a senior valuer with 35 years’ experience in the property industry, including over 26 years as a valuer. He joined Walsh & Monaghan in 1997, initially working predominantly in the Shoalhaven, Kiama, and Eurobodalla regions, out of the Nowra office.
Peter’s experience spans valuation of most property classes including residential, commercial, industrial, and rural.
For the past 15 years, Peter has specialised in compulsory acquisition matters, advising acquiring authorities, landowners, and Valuer General NSW on a wide range of infrastructure projects in the Sydney Metropolitan Area and regional New South Wales.
Now based in Sydney, Peter regularly provides expert evidence Class 3 matters in the New South Wales Land and Environment Court, as well as other courts and tribunals.
Outside of work, Peter is an active surf lifesaver, and while he spends most mornings at Coogee Beach, he is a life member of Nowra-Culburra Surf Life Saving Club.
