Nick joined Walsh & Monaghan in 2019 and has over 15 years experience across the Illawarra and south coast property industry working in various roles including sales and business development.
Since joining, Nick has continued to develop his mass valuation skills as part of the rating and taxation contract on behalf of the Valuer General. He’s obtained his residential property valuers accreditation and recently Certified Practising Valuer accreditation. Nick has also expanded his skills in residential consultancy valuation as well as involvement in commercial and industrial matters along with complex acquisition work across the state.
In 2022 Nick became a graduate of the Leadership Illawarra Program, a 2-year experiential learning program designed to nurture the current and emerging leaders of the Illawarra with disciplines in conjunction with the Sydney Business School.
At work, Nick is involved in the mentoring of trainee and graduate valuers with his ability to support and encourage those starting out in their career.
Outside the office, you can find Nick building on his strength at his local gym, or supporting his team, Liverpool FC.
